I create a custom program for you based on your current schedule, lifestyle, food preferences and activity levels in order to get you to where you want to be and make it feel like a natural transition.

This is NOT a one step program where you are expected to follow a single given nutrition and exercise plan. Drastic changes are difficult to sustain which usually results in the weight coming back.

Instead, this is a program that changes weekly (or every few weeks depending on what needs to be adjusted) so that you are continually progressing towards your goals. Programs can be anywhere from 6-20+ weeks depending on how many steps are needed and what your goals are. The end goal will always be achieving your fitness and lifestyle goals.

There are certain steps that need to be taken between the current lifestyle and the goal lifestyle in order to break the on/off the wagon cycle and cement new habits. The steps will be different for each individual.

YOU WILL

  • Use the foods you already enjoy to move you towards your fitness goals
  • Enjoy social functions without feeling like your life has to revolve around your fitness goals
  • Be able to incorporate achieving your goals with your current schedules and routines
  • Learn the reasons behind your plan and why they are made particular to you

By creating a program customized for you, I can take out all the guesswork that took me years to learn and get you to where you want to be faster!


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Consistent progress.
Your program will continually change/adjust (often weekly) so that you are always progressing and it'll be fun to see yourself make all these little changes each week!
  • It will take time.
    If you are 30+ lbs or more away from your goal weight, expect a minimum of 12-week program. The amount of weight you can lose in a certain time frame will vary for each person depending on weight, age, gender and body type.

    (Crash diets that promise you to lose 30 lbs in a month fail because they are not sustainable nor fit your needs and thus, the weight comes back.)

    • No deprivation.
    One of my biggest priorities in creating your program is that you never feel deprived. Feeling restricted makes us want it more, so we end up falling off the wagon in order to make up for everything we missed out on. I want you to always feel satisfied and able to enjoy the process!

    MY EXPECTATIONS

    • 100% honesty
    If I don't know what's going into your system, the temptations/challenges faced, or any emotional triggers, I don't know how to create your program. I need to know the challenges you face so that we can change the things you want to change. As you trust me, you will see changes, feel empowered by your good choices, and grow more confident! You are paying me so my goal is to get you what you want and exceed your expectations!

    WHAT TO DO NEXT

    1. After purchasing, you will immediately receive a questionnaire to fill out and email to me. (This will include journaling so I can create your program around your preferences, schedule, and lifestyle.)

    2. You will have until the Sunday of the following week to email your answers to the questionnaire back to me.

    3. You will receive your program by the Sunday of the following week after submitting your questionnaire (this gives me time to create your custom program).

    Get Fit Program PLUS COACHING

    (LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE)

    To add coaching to your program, choose the PLUS COACHING option in the drop down menu above.

    If you choose to include coaching, you will have 4 weeks of coaching once you receive your program to adjust anything needed according to your preferences and needs. At the end of the 4 weeks, you will have the option to continue coaching or continue the program on your own.

    YOU WILL LEARN

    • How to stay on track with your goals when spur of the moment situations come up
    • How to adjust your diet when needed
    • How to recognize what your body is telling you and adjust your own program
    • How to use the foods you already enjoy to move you towards your fitness goals
    • How to enjoy social functions without feeling like your life has to revolve around your fitness goals
    • How to incorporate achieving your goals with your current schedules and routines

    MY EXPECTATIONS

    (You'll be asked your expectations of the program in the questionnaire so I know what you need and are looking for.)

    • Regular communication
    You are expected to check in with me through Instagram direct message or email 2x/week:
    - At least once during the week (Mon-Thur)
    - On Sundays
    This allows me to know what is or is not working for you and adjust your program accordingly.
    • 100% honesty

I need to know the challenges you face so that we can change the things you want to change. As you trust me, you will see changes, feel empowered by your good choices, and grow more confident!
