About Me

In January 2016, I got fed up with my weight and decided to get serious about getting fit.  I knew that I wanted to share everything I would learn about losing weight along the way.  I was frustrated, and I knew that plenty of other people felt the same way.  I want to help others get over the same struggles I was dealing with.  I lost 45 pounds and am still on my journey to getting fit.  I promise to share all my best tools and tips that I learn along the way.  We all know we need a good diet and exercise program, but how do we actually do it?  I hope you follow along and that these tools help you achieve the fitness goals you've always wanted.
